Addie was 74 years young. Her life, though it may seem too short to many, was a testament to the profound impact one person can have. Those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand her existence. And the imprint she left on our hearts, exceeded the quantity of time that she stayed here. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Sydney Paige, her father Joseph P. Farrell and her mother Anne Farrell.
Addie is survived by her husband and best friend of 55 years Sy Horowitz, her three daughters Adina Horowitz, of Ormond Beach, FL, Stacey Harrison (Herbie) of Stafford, VA, and Katie Creedon (Tom) of Woodbridge, VA. She is also "Punkin" to her three remaining grandchildren, Cassidy Broyhill, Jacob Harrison, and Courtney Creedon. Also survived by her brother, Joseph P. Farrell Jr (Laura) and two nephews, Brian Farrell (Tanya), Joseph P. Farrell III (Kim).
She will be extremely missed and always loved by the countless number of people she crossed paths with.
A funeral service will be held on May 11, 2024 at St. Brendan Catholic Church 1000 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32176 at 11:00 am with the repass to follow the service in the Social Hall.

I will first and foremost say that Addie was a warm and loving person and friend. We had alot of laughs and the one thing l will always remember is when she was being a bit feisty, in a good way but for some reason l decided to say that she had an Addie-tude. We laughed and that saying thereafter just became our personal little saying. I will miss her very much and will cherish the memories. A new angel with an Addie-tude has gone to heaven. I will miss you my dear friend. My deepest condolences to her wonderful husband Sy and family members and anyone who was lucky enough to know her. I will miss you! Rest in peace beautiful lady!!
