Anne B. "Nancy" Angerman

Anne B. "Nancy" Angerman; born to Clarence and Anne Boyne on June 9, 1932, died peacefully on the evening of May 27, 2025, at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband Tom, she is survived by her loving sons Timothy (Valerie) Angerman, Michael (Jodi) Angerman, and Douglas Angerman, and by her beloved grandchildren Caleb, Keith, Gretchen, Ryan and Joshua.
As a graduate of Oakmont High School in 1950 she went on to complete her BA degree in French from Wilson College in 1954, then worked as a French interpreter for US Steel for seven years until her oldest son Tim was born. She lived a full and happy life. As a young independent woman, Nancy lived in France for a year; celebrated her twenty-first birthday in Paris; and traveled throughout Europe. She sang in a folk group; The Harmonettes, beside her dear friend Allie Overly during the 1960's. She was active in her church, the Oakmont Garden Club, Meals on Wheels, and various other community organizations and projects.
To summarize our mother's life in few short paragraphs feels hollow. Nancy Angerman was wise, sensible, and strong. She was the rudder in our lives. Our mother loved life, her family, and most importantly, she loved her lord and savior Jesus Christ. Nancy; Mom, we all miss you.
A memorial service will be held for friends and family on Saturday, July 12 at 11 am at Christ Our Hope Anglican Church, 926 Painter Ave., Natrona Heights, PA. 15065. A luncheon will follow.
