Anne Clark Obituary
Born on August 13, 1943 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Richard and Jean (Choquette) Smith.
Anne was known as a good, born again, Christian woman who loved her family dearly. She valued being a homemaker so she could be with her family more. She was dedicated to her family and would play board games and cards with her kids, which continued on into their adult years with dinner/card parties. She loved to travel and see this beautiful country. She was married to her first husband Andrew for 32 years before he passed away in 1994. She would later marry Steven inWyoming in 2000. They made their home in Ft. Lupton, Colorado in 2003, adding to her love of the Rocky Mountains. They eventually moved back to Michigan in September 2025 to be close to family.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Andrew Smith, Sr., daughters, Michele Smith, Cherie Smith, grandchild, Cody Redli, siblings, Barbara, Esther, Dick, Carol.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Clark, children, Bella (Al) Lane, Garnet (Kevin) Osborne, Lisa Smith, Andrew (Kimberly) Smith, Jr., 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, sister, Jeannie Saki.
A Celebration of Anne's Life will be held at I Am Church 790 Patterson Dr., Monroe, Michigan 48161 on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Alzheimer's Research.
