Anne Marie Gatta, 88, of Morningside, Maryland, passed peacefully Monday, February 2, 2026. Anne was born to the late Ethel and Ernest Bradley in Washington, DC February 16, 1937. Her childhood was spent in D.C., where she met the love of her life, James Louis Gatta, on a streetcar on the way to their high school. Together they built a beautiful life and were blessed with two children- LuAnn and Timothy. Anne had a kind and welcoming spirit. She had never met a stranger. She loved spending time outside on her relaxing walks and being in the company of her loving family. Anne is predeceased by her husband, James, her parents, and her brother Robert Bradley. Those left to cherish her memory are her children- LuAnn Norris (Robert), Timothy Gatta, and her grandchildren- Michael Gatta, Shelby Norris, and Heather Norris. Family and friends are welcome to gather at Lee Funeral Home, Clinton, MD, Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 11am with funeral services beginning at 12pm. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Rd., Clinton, MD.
