Annette Goetz

Annette Goetz, nee Reedy, age 96 of Downers Grove, IL. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Goetz; dear sister of the late George Robert (the late Rose Marie) Reedy; cherished aunt of Thomas (Patricia) Reedy, Laura (Russell) Ballmer; great-aunt of Tricia (Orlando) Rosado, and Greg (Cynthia), Adam (Amanda) and the late Michael Ballmer; dear relative and friend of many.

Annette devoted her time and talent to helping others through her many years of volunteer work at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the president of the Good Samaritan Hospital Auxillary board, and participated in many committees and councils at the hospital. Her friendship and impact on the hospital will leave a legacy for generations to come.

Annette was a fiercely independent and adventurous woman, travelling on her own to all parts of the globe. She and Barney were very active in the Illinois Bell Pioneers, she was proud of her long career with Illinois Bell and AT&T. She lived a very full life, and leaves many cherished memories with her family and friends.

Memorial gathering Friday, September 26, 3 PM until time of service at 6 PM at Knollcrest Funeral Home, 1500 S. Meyers Rd. (3 Blks S. of Roosevelt) Lombard, IL 60148. Interment Private.
