Annette Britt Jackson 85, of Bladenboro passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024. Annette is preceded in death by her parents Rosco and Verna Kissam Britt; her husband, RD Jackson, daughter, Teresa Davis, and siblings Betty Britt, Melba Dove, Freddie Britt, Eldree Davis, and Wayne Britt.
Annette loved to cook, spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. When she was not loving on her grandbabies you would find her singing, reading her Bible, working in her garden, sewing or quilting. Annette's gentle love and smile will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her children, Tommy Jackson and wife Greta of Clarkton; Billy Jackson and wife Ginger of Bladenboro; Susan Inman and husband Eddie of Bladenboro and Donnie Jackson and wife Cindy of Bladenboro; grandchildren, Lexie Hester and husband Stephen; Krista Mills and husband John; Courtney Yeager and husband Scott; Justin Inman and wife Rebekah; Alyssa Simmons and husband Logan; Whitney Guyton and husband Michael; Daniel Jackson; Hunter Jackson; Chris Evan and wife Crystal; Addy Pait; Dustin Pait and wife Jessica, and 20 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind three siblings Linda Joyce Neal (Dale), Annis Hester (Harold), and Morris Britt (Linda).
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 15, 2024, from 6:00 until 8:00pm at the Bladenboro Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 2:00pm at Bladenboro Chapel with Rev. John Causey officiating. Burial will follow in Singletary Cemetery in the Sandhills.
