Annette Talbert Obituary
Annette was a veteran United States Army, where she served her country with honor and distinction. Her courage and selflessness were evident in her commitment to her fellow soldiers and her dedication to her country. Annette's service in the military set the stage for a life of service to others, both in her personal and professional life.
Annette channeled her passion for cooking into the founding of Creative Cooking In Oni's Kitchen. Her innovative culinary creations brought joy to countless individuals and families, as she shared her love of food and her gift for bringing people together through her culinary talents.
Annette is survived by her devoted husband, David Talbert; four children, Lorenzo, Jennifer, D.J., Michael; three grandchildren; and a host of extended family & friends.
As we celebrate Annette's life, let us remember the countless moments of joy, laughter, and love she brought to those around her. Let us honor her memory by embodying the kindness, courage, and selflessness she so effortlessly displayed throughout her life. And let us be grateful for the time we were blessed to share with her, knowing that her spirit lives on in the hearts and minds of those who loved her.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
Funeral services for Mrs. Talbert will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:30 PM, Monday, May 8, 2023 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.

David and family, so sorry to hear about Oni. I knew she had health issues but didn't know she was having surgery. She was a very special person.
