ANNIE RUTH JACKSON CLARK
HEADLAND… Annie Ruth Jackson Clark, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her home. She was 87.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Reverend Jerry Dawsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Baptist Church Cemetery in Newville, Alabama. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. prior to the service. A repass will be held at Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 12 Carlock Street, Headland, Alabama. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Clark was born in Henry County, Alabama to the late Albert Jackson and Annie Lee Jackson. Mrs. Annie lived in the Headland, Alabama area her whole life. She was a 1957 graduate of Northside High School in Headland, Alabama. She worked and retired from Judy Bond Clothing, as a seamstress. She was a devoted and very active member of the Mt. Pleasant Free Will Baptist Church in Tumbleton, Alabama. She loved her church and her family very much.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Clark; and all her siblings.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her sons, Michael Clark (Linda) and Cedric Clark (Ann); her seven grandchildren; her eight great-grandchildren; and her several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Serving as active pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephews.
