Annie Hammonds Obituary
Mrs. Annie was born in Cochran. She was the daughter of the late Idus and Laura Nobles Smith and was preceded in death by her siblings, Thomas, Elizabeth and Katherine. Mrs. Annie was retired and had worked for Dykes Westside and Pinewood Manor Nursing home in Hawkinsville. She enjoyed crocheting, coloring in coloring books, word searches and other arts and crafts. She also loved family get togethers, going to yard sales and auctions.
She is survived by her children, Donna Long (Bobby) Duskin of Cochran, Mark (Shelia) White of Chester, Jeff (Sue) White of Cochran and Larry (Enita) White of Chester; 25 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; her siblings, Juanita (Larry) Hall, Gloria Jean Ennis and David Smith; several nieces and nephews.
The family is at 420 Wynne St, Chester and will greet friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Sunday at Mathis Funeral Home.
