Annie Faye Johnson was born on September 14, 1958, to the late Erma Lee and D.J. Johnson. She was the 6th child out of twelve children. She attended Amherst High School and was a 1979 graduate. Annie went on to South Plains College where she was a Texan Cheerleader and in Theater. She finished her college career at Amarillo College graduating in 1984 from their nursing program as a registered nurse.
Annie was blessed with one child. Brittnay is/was Annie’s pride and joy. She loved her child unconditionally.
Annie received Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of One Way Church Of God In Church. Annie served as a deaconess, Sunday School Superintendent, and earned her Missionary License from Texas Northwest Jurisdiction Church Of God In Christ. She was a devoted member and was always available to serve the Lord.
Annie was an RN that was faithful to her employer and patients. Over her nursing career Annie worked in hospitals, nursing homes; and finally, as a home health nurse. She would go the extra mile for her patients: taking them food and buying supplies for them utilizing her own funds.
