Mrs. Annie (Hall) Kirby, 75, of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life January 10, 2024 at Encompass Health Rehab Hospital of Jonesboro, Arkansas. Annie was born November 2, 1948 in Verser's Clinic in Harrisburg, Arkansas, the daughter of W. L. and Eva Violia (Story) Hall. Annie married Marlin Kirby may 29, 1966 and they have enjoyed 57 years of marriage. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Marlin Kirby Jr., one daughter, Janet Lynn Kirby, two brothers: James Hall and Gerald Hall, three sisters: Irene Hall, Aline Conkin and Pauline Bailey, and one Grandchild, Meagan. She is survived by her husband, Marlin Kirby of the home in Harrisburg, one son, Johnny (Kimberly) Kirby of Harrisburg, two daughters: Becky Kirby also of Harrisburg, and Barbie (Rick) Van Horn of Waukegan, Illinois, one brother, Robert (Lorene) Hall of Harrisburg, one sister, Barbara Pitts of Trumann, 15 grandchildren: Casey(Austin), Allison, Brenden, Luke, Clay, Makenzie, Morgan, Andrew, Mitchell, Joey, Colleen, Chad, Johnathan, Michael, and Dianna, three great-grandchildren: Talyn, Holdyn, and Raelyn. Visitation will be Sunday, January 14 from 6:00 until 8:00 P. M. at Jackson's Funeral Home in Harrisburg. Funeral Service will be Monday in the chapel at 2:00 P. M. Interment will be in Holly Springs Cemetery. Rev. Kenny Guy McMahan will conduct the service. Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers. Arrangements are by Jackson's Funeral Home.
