Annie Bell dedicated her life to loving her children and grandchildren. She was a faithful mother to all who crossed her path. She always kept her door open to whoever needed her love and a good conversation. Annie Bell was a faithful member of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Mounds, IL, up until her later years, when she started attending with her daughter at Church of God and Son in Mounds, IL.
Annie Bell is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Criss Wade; her grandson, Joseph Jones; her sisters, Robbie and Mildred Jones; and her brothers, Harold and Willie Wade.
Annie Bell leaves to cherish her memories: Lisa Nesby, of the home; Paula Wade and April Wade, both of Cape Girardeau, MO; Leslie (Ivory) Clark, of Murphysboro, IL; 24 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Service for Annie B. Wade will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025 at Massie Funeral Home with visitation begging @ 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 P.M. Funeral service will begin @12:00 P.M. with Pastor David Terry Officiating. Internment will follow in the Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge, IL.
