Carrol transitioned from this life on Sunday November 9, 2025 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Ricky Turner, Larry Turner, Johnny Turner, Patricia Williams, and Williama Turner; his stepson, Wayne Partain; his grandson, Isaiah Turner; and a host of other relatives.
Carrol enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved fishing, working on cars, going to the derby, and spending time with his family and friends. These were the moments he valued most and where he was truly in his element.
Carrol leaves to cherish his memories his children; Katie (Tony) Miller, Nick Ozona, Daniel Ozona and Katelyn Ozona, his step-children; Jimmy Partain and Earnest Partain, his grandchildren; Cali Miller, JD and Hunter Partain , Kayla Elmore, and Aiden Elmore, his brothers; Daryl and Steve , his sister; Kathleen (Larry) Covington and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousin other relatives and friends.
Graveside Service for Carol Gene Turner will take place on Monday, November 17, 2025 @1:00 P.M. at the Friendship Cemetery located at 390 Friendship Rd., Dongola, IL 62926.
