Anthoney "Ernie" Brewer Sr.

Anthoney "Ernie" E. Brewer Sr. 73 years old, entered his heavenly reward peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving wife and family. Ernie was born August 23, 1951, to Ralph and Virginia Brewer in Miami, Arizona. Spending nearly his entire life in the Copper Corridor area working in the copper mining industry as a heavy equipment operator. He attended Miami High School. He joined the US Army and served faithfully for his country in the 82nd Airborne.
He could be found daily at the Globe Gym. He had a Black Belt in Karate. In 1982 he won 1st Place in WKA Full Contact Karate making him the State Champion in the Lt. Heavyweight division.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors camping and fishing and had a love of gardening. He especially enjoyed the time spent in the yard with family and friends.
Ernie is survived by his wife of 44 years Mary Brewer, his children Lucinda (Tim) Horta, Shaolin (Chris) Heath, Anthoney Brewer Jr., Tangie Brewer, and Emiliano (Brandi) Brewer, brothers Michael (Darlene) Brewer, Ralph (Marie) Brewer, sister Mary (Mike) Coy, and brother Joe Brewer, 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Ralph and Virginia Brewer, sister Sylvia Meade and brother Raymond Dean Brewer.
