Anthony A. Andreozzi Jr. & Marianne Andreozzi Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home on Jan. 15, 2026.
Anthony A. Andreozzi, Jr., 85, and his beloved wife, Marianne A. (Augustine) Andreozzi, 84, passed away peacefully within 28 hours of each other on January 11, 2026, and January 13, 2026, respectively at the Residence at Freeman Lake, Chelmsford, MA, surrounded by their loving family. Together they enjoyed over 62 years of a wonderful marriage.
Anthony was born in Providence, Rhode Island on June 27, 1940 and was the son of the late Antonio A. and Rose (Quatruopolo) Andreozzi. He was a loving brother, predeceased by his sister, Lucille White, and is survived by his brother, Ken Andreozzi (Karen) and brother-in-law, Bob White. Anthony obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Bryant College after three years of service as an Army Equipment Engineer. Anthony proudly spent the majority of his successful career at Fruehauf Trailer Corporation as a tractor trailer salesman. He was also a dedicated usher at St. Mary's Church in Chelmsford for almost 50 years.
Marianne was also born in Providence, Rhode Island, on July 25, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Albert E. and Genevieve (Szczsponik) Augustine. She is survived by her loving younger sister, Lorraine Murray (Rick). She obtained her associates degree from Johnson and Wales and worked for many years at both Pearson & Pearson LLP and Butler Bank in a variety of capacities including as a teller, typist, loan officer, and executive assistant. Marianne was also an active member of the Chelmsford community, where she served as president of the Gardening Club in her early years.
Anthony and Marianne met in 1962 at Johnson and Wales University and were married a year later on October 19, 1963. Their marriage was one of fairytales, with Anthony always referring to Marianne as "my beautiful bride." They shared their love with and are survived by their three daughters, Cathie (Scott) Savioli, Lynn (Bob) Stevens, and Ellen (Mark) Cusano and their seven grandchildren: Samantha Palisoul (Eddie Gagne) and Scott (Bri) Palisoul; Molly, Emma, and Grace Stevens; and Stephen and Sarah Signorello of whom they were so proud.
Anthony found peace and joy in running, while Marianne expressed her creativity through knitting. Together, they cherished time spent at the beach, with annual family trips to Point Judith, RI. As empty nesters, they began making annual trips to Sandestin, FL where they always caught up with Marianne's beloved cousin Andrea Giard (Michael). They especially enjoyed watching the sun set side by side and searching for shells on their long walks on the beach. Above all else, they treasured being together, finding their greatest happiness in each other and their family.
Visiting hours will be held at Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford, MA for Anthony and Marianne on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 11am – 2pm, Tony would want you all home for the Patriots. Their funeral services and interment will be held privately.
