Anthony W. Baltuskonis

Anthony W. Baltuskonis, of Deptford, NJ, aged 60, passed away on January 20, 2026. Born on August 4, 1965, in Philadelphia, PA.

In his lifetime, Anthony was known for his entrepreneurial spirit, owning and operating the successful Mecula Transportation LLC. His work ethic was unparalleled, and he was deeply respected by his peers. Anthony's profound impact on the trucking industry was fueled by his dedication, reliability, and his innate ability to lead with kindness and fairness.

Anthony had a love for the skies, his passion for flight was evident to all as he proudly obtained his pilot's license. He found joy and freedom in navigating the clouds, and it was a hobby that truly reflected his adventurous and pioneering spirit. Likewise, his love for sports was infectious, and his enthusiasm for the Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies brought excitement to any game day.

In addition to his professional achievements and personal hobbies, Anthony was a pillar in his community. He was often the first to offer a helping hand, a trait that endeared him to many and exemplified his generous and selfless nature. Anthony made it his mission to assist those in need, never seeking recognition, but always ensuring that others found their footing.

Anthony's life was built on a foundation of family values and love. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Linda, and a loving father to his children, Jessica and Anthony. Family roots ran deep, with his mother, Nancy Batura, brothers Anthony "Tony", John, Andrew, and brother-in-law Brian Smith rounding out his close-knit family. His father, Gerald, preceded him in death, as well as his birth mother, Margaret Morasco, who passed when Anthony was just an infant. He is also survived by his step mother Barbara.

Anthony's family will be celebrating his life privately.
