He was born March 20, 1953 in Charleroi, the son of the late Joseph and Celeste (Martorella) Canzonieri.
Anthony was a graduate of Charleroi High School, class of 1971 and worked construction for more than 40 years, first with Frank Irey and then Lone Pine Construction in the mining industry. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting and also loved family picnics.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Joseph and granddaughter Melody.
Anthony is survived by his wife Bonnie (Fields) Canzonieri; daughters Leslie Canzonieri of Eighty-Four and Toni Pancoast of Latrobe; son Tyler Canzonieri at home; sister Marie Weister; granddaughter Aria Canzonieri; grandson Evan Pancoast; great-grandson Benjamin; and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at the Grove at Latrobe for their compassion in Anthony's final days.
