Anthony Franklin Crafton, 34, a resident of Oklahoma City who grew up in Fairland went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Anthony was born in Grove, Oklahoma on June 20, 1990 to his loving parents Rev. Jackie and Gail (Shepard) Crafton Jr. He graduated with the Class of 2008 at Fairland High School. He then Graduated from NEO A&M College before attaining his bachelor's degree from Mid America Christian University in December of 2012. After graduation he went on to work for GRDA for the IT department. In March of 2016 Anthony moved to Oklahoma City to work for the Oklahoma Public Employee Retirement System as a Software Developer.
Anthony had a calling on his life from an early age and it was evident by his love for others. He enjoyed helping with worship and traveled on numerous mission trips as a teenager. Anthony enjoyed many things, some of which include: traveling, spending time with family, gaming, reading, and anything that involved animals. He loved people and had such an infectious personality. He never met a stranger. Anthony was extremely kind and generous and would give you the shirt off his back. Anthony's smile was one that could easily brighten the darkest room and his presence was felt by all. While he is no longer with us in the flesh, he will forever be in our hearts as he now rests in the arms of our heavenly Father.
Anthony was preceded in passing by his Paternal Grandmother Kathryn Crafton, Maternal Grandparents M.L. "Bunk" Shepard and Lula Shepard along with his uncle Clifton "Tony" Shepard.
