Dear brother of Javier De Hoyos and Jovita De Hoyos. Loving Uncle of Alana, Aciana, Jacenya, Asha, Jasmyn, Javier Jr., Gianni, Tesja, Rihanna, Jason, Anisa, Alex, Patricia, Brandon, Mia, Hailey, and Tia. Dear nephew of the late Helen, Grace, the late Joseph, Jessie Capetillo, and Rosalind Barnett. Further survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.
