In Loving Memory of Anthony Manuel Armendariz Lopez
Anthony Manuel Armendariz Lopez, 34, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, passed away unexpectedly in his home on November 1, 2024. He was born on May 29, 1990, in Las Cruces, NM. Anthony's warm heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for his family and friends will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A talented cook and dedicated security guard, Anthony took great pride in his work, whether preparing delicious meals or ensuring the safety of those around him. He had a true passion for cooking and was known for hosting amazing cookouts and gatherings, where he brought people together with his infectious energy, great food, and hospitality. For Anthony, family and friends were everything, he cherished every moment spent in their company.
Anthony was a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and his enthusiasm for the team was matched only by his love for those closest to him. He will be remembered for his loyalty, humor, and the warmth he brought to every gathering and occasion.
He is survived by his beloved children, Lilliana Lopez, Anthony Lopez Jr., and Tristen Davalos-Lopez, who were the light of his life. Anthony is also survived by his loving parents, Michelle and Ray Salcido and Tony Lopez; his sisters, Malorie and Lorie Lopez; his brother, Matthew Lopez; and a large extended family of relatives and friends, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.
A memorial service will be held at La Paz Funeral Home, 555 W Amador Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88005, on November 27, 2024. The family invites all who wish to celebrate Anthony's life to join them in honoring his memory.
