Anthony Lynn Menifee 68, of Lufkin, TX; passed Dec. 27, 2024.

Anthony Menifee was born in Polk County on February 3rd, 1956, to the late Jimmie Menifee Sr. and Allie Coloqwitt.
Anthony Lynn Menifee Sr. Loved his family and friends. He enjoyed playing instruments, but his favorite instrument was the Congos and Bongos. He played Football and many other sports, as well as trained and learned Karate at the highest level, earning a black belt. Anthony Lynn Menifee Sr. was a pure soul. He endeared music to his core spinning records and Djing the A.M.Man. You could surely say he was the life of the party. He was simply brilliant at anything he put his mind to and thrived to accomplish.
Preceded in death by grandparents Earl and Signora Foreman, George Menifee, and Joann Menifee; Parents Jimmie Menifee Sr. and Allie Menifee Colqwitt; followed by youngest brother Jimmie Lee Menifee Jr.
Anthony Lewis to cherish his memories - Step dad Joel "Bubba" Colqwitt, two sons Anthony Menifee Jr., Sidney Menifee, one daughter - Fatima, Two granddaughters - Stephanie Wyatt and Sydney Menifee, Two grandsons Christian and Jordan Menifee, and one great grandson Kayson Menifee. Four brothers Alvin Menifee, George Menifee, Micheal Mitchell, and Rayford Barlow, as well as sisters- Sandra Menifee, Signora Broussard, Tonie Bradford, Leslie Menifee, and Angel Lagail Martin. Including Best friend Julius Sweats along with a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
