Tony was born on 11/11/1972 in Vancouver, Washington to Richard Curtis Nix Jr. and Karen Phelps. He passed away on 6/15/2022 at the age of 49.
He is survived by his Mother and Step Father; Karen and Steve Snyder. Brothers; Bryan Phelps, Jeff Richards. His Children; Querestyn Zehner Richards, Anthony Steinmetz, Ethan Tarr, and Karen May Phelps. 3 Grandchildren; Fiance Lacy Ronhaar. Step - Son; David Daniel Hval. Numerous Cousins and Aunts and Uncles.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from Noon to 5 pm, at Beacon Rock State Park, Daetsch Picnic Area Shelter.

My heart goes out to Tony family! He was such out going person and amazing personality. I´ve known Tony since I was a little girl he was good friends with my mom and dad when he walked in the room there was never a dual moment and his smile was Contagious! Love you Tony until we meet again!
