Anthony "Tony" Ragucci

Anthony "Tony" Ragucci, 75, of Barnegat, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2025, surrounded by his children. Born on May 2, 1949, in Edison, Tony was the son of the late Anthony "Tony" and Priscilla Ragucci of Port Reading, NJ. He was also predeceased by his sister, Priscilla, and her husband John of California.
Tony spent his childhood in Port Reading, where he developed a love for his mother's home-cooked meals and learned hands-on trades from his father. He later began raising his own family in Lakewood, NJ.
A lifelong enthusiast of the outdoors, Tony found joy in fishing at Lake Shenandoah and camping along the Delaware River. His passion for nature was matched only by his dedication to his work. A highly skilled electrician for over 40 years, Tony was a proud, self-employed professional known for his expertise and craftsmanship. Beyond his electrical work, he had an innovative mind and a deep interest in computers and technology. Some of his fondest memories included rebuilding motors with his son, Anthony, and spending time in his garage.
Tony is survived by his daughter Shannon and her husband Jason; his son Anthony III and his wife Heather; and his beloved grandchildren: Anthony IV, Jackson, Cash, and Olivia. He is also survived by his sister Linda; daughter Jennifer; son Matthew; his brother Ronald and wife Carol; and his nieces Renee and Amanda.
