Anthony Sanchez

Anthony Rey Sanchez, 26 of Odessa Texas, passed away on November 26, 2019 in Odessa.

Visitation will be Tuesday December 3, 2019 from 2:00 p.m.  to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday
December 4, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Prayer service will be Wednesday December 4. 2019 at 7:0 p.m. at Martinez Funeral Home.  Celebration of life will be Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

Anthony was born in Odessa to Cuco Sanchez Jr. and Angelique Cortinez on January 30, 1993.

He attended school at Permian High School in Odessa. He got with his junior high sweet heart Victoria Castillo on February 28, 2008. He received his GED in Odessa. He worked at many places but seemed to always find his comfort doing roustabout. Anthony enjoyed playing pool, listening to music, rapping, and loved to be the best dad he could be to his boys.

Anthony is preceded in death by his father Cuco Sanchez Jr, and his grandpa Manuel Castillo.

Anthony is survived by his sweetheart Victoria Castillo, children Anthony June Sanchez, and Adam Ray Sanchez. His sisters, Vanessa Sanchez, Stephanie Sanchez, and Valerie Sanchez. His brothers, Jessie Sanchez, Xavier Sanchez, and Joshua “shorty” Moore. His mother, Angelique Cortinez Brisco and step-dad, Jon Brisco. His mother n law, Martha Castillo. His brother n laws, Jose Marquez, Adrian Gonzalez, Aaron and Rene. His sister n laws, Jennifer, Jozanna, and Judith. His grandpa Cuco Sanchez Sr. and grandmas, Juanita Sanchez and Oratia Cortinez and great grandma Cristina Castillo and great grandpa Daniel Sanchez. His nephews Julius Marquez, Jeremiah Marquez, Jovany Marquez, Ezric Sanchez, Carmelo Gonzalez, Jessie Sanchez Jr, Noel, Ivan, Jeremiah, Jkhi, Julian, Jiovanni, Javian, and Aaron. His nieces, Juliana Marquez, Tatyana Ricks, Semilah Sanchez, Sadeath Escalante, Jesslyn Sanchez, Karla, Emmy, Jasiel, Rhianna, and Alina. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many homeboys.

Pallbearers will be Jessie Sanchez, Xavier Sanchez, Joshua Moore, Oscar Cedillo, Jesus Velasquez, Robert Luna, Adrian Gonzalez, and Jose Marquez.
