Anthony Santa Maria, 66, of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Anthony lived a full and hardworking life. He dedicated many years to his craft as a skilled mechanic and maintenance worker, always lending a hand to anyone in need and taking great pride in his work.
Anthony had a love for simple joys - playing cornhole with friends, watching NASCAR races, and spending time with the people who meant the most to him. His greatest passions in life were his wife, family, and friends, all of whom will remember his kindness, humor, and generous heart.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Santa Maria; his mother, Joan Santa Maria; his brother, Dominic Santa Maria; and his grandson, Bradley Lawrence Messer. Anthony is survived by his brothers Joseph Santa Maria Jr., Edward Santa Maria, Vincent Santa Maria, and James Santa Maria; and his sisters Joanne Santa Maria and Diane Boyer, along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will carry his memory forward.
He is also survived by his beloved children: Michael Santa Maria (Teresa) and grandson Sterling Santa Maria - Michele Angie Orr Santa Maria, and grandchildren Bradley Lawrence Messer, Brailee Lynn Cox (Greg), and Christian Orr, and great grandchild Kanijah Lee Cox - Virginia Jhene Pierce (JD), and granddaughters Rilee Jade Brittain and Sarah Jane Pierce Tosha Sanford (Carlos Powell), and granddaughters Nathaly (12/5/05), Jaylynn (2/16/10), A'Niyah (11/10/17), and Kyra Powell (7/25/20), and great granddaughter Hazel (11/13/23) - Ashley Dhene Sanford (Ronald), and grandchildren Daniel Duryea, Aubrie Solorzano, and Luna Solorzano.
Anthony's favorite saying was, "I LOVE YOU MORE !!! " - words that perfectly capture the deep love and warmth he shared with everyone around him.
A celebration of Anthony's life will be held in Cottonwood, Arizona, with details to be announced. His family and friends will forever cherish his laughter, his loyalty, and the love he gave so freely.
