Anthony George Seibert, a beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather, passed away at his residence, on November, 2024 in White Bluff, Tennessee. Born on March 4, 1939, in Nashville, Tennessee, Anthony lived a life marked by dedication and love for his family and community.
A veteran the Army and National Guard, Anthony served his country faithfully, demonstrating the same commitment that he later brought to his career. He worked at Tuckers Service Center, where his passion for mechanic work shone through. Known for his keen ability to diagnose car issues simply by hearing about them, he was a respected figure among his peers and customers alike.
Anthony's warm personality left a lasting impact on those who knew him. He was a patient man and a wonderful provider, always putting the needs of others before his own. His devotion to his family was unwavering, and he took great joy in his role as a grandfather. His grandchildren, Rachel, Priscilla, Alan, and Kayla, were sources of immense pride and happiness in his life. He also cherished the time spent with his great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Willow.
His interests were diverse, reflecting his vibrant spirit. Anthony was a faithful viewer of Channel 4, enjoyed the thrill of Nascar, and held a special fondness for local drivers like Darrell Waltrip and Sterling Marlin. He found solace in watching game shows and fondly recalled the classic westerns, particularly Gunsmoke and Bonanza. He enjoyed the Grand Ole Opry, and fishing, where he found both relaxation and moments of reflection.
Anthony is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Shirley Ann Seibert, and their three daughters, Deborah (Michael) Clemons, Donna (David) Clemons, and Dianna (Jason) Harrison; grandchildren, Rachel, Priscilla, Alan, and Kayla; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Willow. He also leaves behind his brothers, William Seibert and Joseph Ronald Seibert.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Edward and Josephine Laura (Tanner) Seibert, and his cherished great-granddaughter, Sarah Edgin.
There are no services planned for Mr. Seibert.
