Barbara Jean Pewitt, age 62, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away in 2025. She was born in 1963 and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Randy Houston Pewitt; her mother, Margaret Eugenia Holton Arnold; her father, Robert Douglas Arnold; and her sister, Julie Lynn Arnold Etheridge.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Daniel Matthews and Johnnie Ray Pewitt; her stepdaughter, Shauna Lynn Pewitt (Heather); and her granddaughter, Kiya Nicole Graves. A proud keeper of family history, she cherished time spent with her loved ones and had a gift for meeting new people and forming lifelong connections.

She held a great love for her husband, the love of her life, and carried that devotion with her always. Barbara was known for speaking her mind, her love for her fur babies, and her joy in traveling, attending concerts, and walking along the beach.
