Anthony Sparks Obituary
Mr. Sparks was born March 16, 1956, in Trion, GA, son of Garlis and Shirley Jean Chastain Sparks. He was the owner and operator of Sparks Appliance.
Mr. Sparks was preceded in death by his grandparents, Voy and Edgel Sparks, Leo and Elsie Chastain.
Survivors include his wife, Melanie Smith Sparks; children, Dana (James) Youngs, Shane (Britney) Sparks, and Jacob Sparks; parents, Garlis and Shirley Sparks; brothers, Terry Sparks, Dennis Sparks, Michael Sparks, and Brian Sparks; 13 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, February 3, 2023, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joel Glenn officiating. Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shane Sparks, Jacob Sparks, Garrett Sparks, Dawson Sparks, Levi Shigekawa, Dakota Lee, and James Youngs.
Mr. Sparks will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Friday.
