Anthony, "AJ", was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on July 28, 1990, and left unexpectedly on August 29, 2025.
AJ was a compassionate person, willing to help out anyone in need. He always put others before himself and was a real-life angel. He cared deeply, loved unconditionally, and was the kind of person that would never let you down. His personality was one of a kind, with his goofy laugh and off-the-wall sayings just to make you smile. He lived for others, and that is what made him different.
He loved spending time with his dog, Snoop, who stayed by his side through all of the good times, and the difficult ones. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, adventuring the outdoors and playing the millions of game systems and video games that he seemed to collect (along with the piles of DVD's that he had). He was a movie snob, always recommending new shows and movies to watch, or what kind of music to listen to next.
He was very proud of his Native American heritage, registered to the Cherokee tribe. He was true to his roots and wore it with pride.
Anthony is survived by Carsyn Anthony, his beloved son who he loved dearly; his father, Anthony James Warn, Sr.; sisters, Kodie and Keri (Nick) Warn; brother, Zachary James; uncle, Bobby Warn; cousin, Travis James; and nieces and nephews, Isaiah, Serenity, Diego, and Adeline. He is also survived by close friend, Devon (Amber) Harvey, and Snoop, his companion, along with numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and lifelong friends in which Anthony considered family.
He is now reunited with grandmothers, Linda Warn and Fanny James; grandfathers, John Warn and Junior James; and great uncles, Ray Simmons and Charles "Chuck" Simmons.
Anthony is missed and loved deeply, and we will forever hold him in our hearts.
A Memorial Service to be announced by the family at a later time. Please make monetary donations to the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs in honor of Snoop and Anthony.
