Antoinette Fannin, 91, passed away on Tuesday February 25 ,2025 in Abilene, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 26,2025, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas. Funeral service will be held on Thursday February 27,2025 at 2:00 PM at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, 5750 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas.
Antoinette was born in Lockport, New York on July 3,1933 to her father Antonio Mattiuzzo and her mother Camille Mattiuzzo. She moved to Abilene, Texas in 1956. Antoinette was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, listening to old gospel music was something that she enjoyed. She was an amazing cook; she was known for making the best spaghetti. She was a loving mother and grandma. Her sassy personality will be missed by all of her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Tom Stoecker and wife Kelly, Sharon Ellis and husband John, Michael Stoecker; her grandchildren, Jason Lackey and wife Sarah, Amber Spill, Joseph Stoecker and wife Melia; her great grandchildren, Derek Lackey, Sam Lackey, Keeli Spill, Danni Richardson, Sawyer Stoecker, Kenligh, Jaelyn, Aria, Charlie Mae, Addie; her sister, Carol Brockman and husband Gary; her sister-in-law, Nancy Mattiuzzo; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Antonio Mattiuzzo; her mother, Camille Mattiuzzo; her daughter, Linda Stoecker; her brother, Justin S. D' Agostino; her sister, Marian Caldwell; her brother, Louie.
Antoinette will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or any cause of your choosing.
