Antoinette Lisanti

Antoinette Lisanti, 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2026 (Palm Sunday), in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Born on March 24, 1940 (Easter Sunday), in New York City, she married her beloved husband, Andrew, raised her family in Brooklyn, and later moved to Columbus, New Jersey 25 years ago, where they built a new life in retirement together.

Antoinette spent many years as a devoted stay-at-home mother, dedicating herself wholeheartedly to raising her children. Both before her children were born and after they were grown, she worked as a secretary and office worker, balancing her professional life with her deep commitment to her family.

After retiring, Antoinette embraced her love of travel, exploring destinations around the world including the Caribbean, Spain, Morocco and Italy as well as many places throughout the United States, including the National parks and Alaska. She especially cherished the time she spent with her family and adored her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.

She is survived by her loving husband, Andrew; her children, Carol Ann (Paul) and Andrew, her cherished grandchildren, Andrew, TheresaMarie, Katherine, Briana, and Roy, her brother, Frank (Angela) and her nieces Dawn (Chris) and Heather (Rich).

She was predeceased by her mother Barbara and her son-in-law Roy.

A visitation will take place at Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood, NJ, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1571 Martine Ave., Scotch Plains, NJ, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Cremation will follow and will be private.
