Anton Lungu Obituary
Anton is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Maria Lungu, his sons Daniel (and Agnes) and George Lungu; three grandchildren Victoria (and Devin) Peipert, Evan and Tyler Lungu; two great grandchildren, John Harrison Peipert and Josephine Ellis Peipert; and extended family in Romania.
The family would like to extend an invitation to those who wish to pay their respects. A viewing for Anton will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 4-8pm at Geils Funeral Home (180 South York Road Bensenville, IL, 60106). Funeral procession will begin at 10am, Monday, February 26th at Geils Funeral Home. It will be a time for friends and family to come together to celebrate Anton's life and honor his memory.
The Lungu family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all those who have offered their kind words, support, and condolences during this challenging time.
May Anton's soul rest in eternal peace.
