Antonia Saucedo was born on May 10,1938, in Gallup, New Mexico. She passed away on February 8, 2024, in Gallup, New Mexico. She was 85 years old.
Mrs. Saucedo was a devout Catholic of the Sacred Heart Cathedral Parish and lifelong resident of Gallup, New Mexico. In 1965 Antonia married Michael Jim Saucedo. She was a CCD teacher for many years at the Cathedral School. She also worked for Merchant Bank and retired in retail at Gurley Motor Company. She loved gardening. She is loved and will be missed by her family and many beloved friends.
She is survived by her husband Michael Jim Saucedo, and her son Michael Anthony Saucedo.
She was preceded in death by her parents Pedro and Blasa Perez. Son; Anthony Saucedo. Brothers; Pete P. Perez, Lencho Perez, and Santos Perez. Sisters; Lucy Perez, Mercedes Campos.
A viewing will take place on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 9:00AM at the St Francis of Assisi Parish, followed by a rosary at 10:00AM and Mass, celebrated by Father Jerry, at 10:30AM. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Gallup, New Mexico.
Pallbearers include John Cardona, Patrick Chavez, Tom Perez, John Perez, Richard Perez, Ryan Saucedo.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
