The family of Mr. Antonio Paylor gratefully acknowledges all expressions of sympathy shown during their time of bereavement and loss. May God continue to richly bless each of you.

Mr. Antonio Paylor, age seventy-five, departed this life and entered into eternal rest Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. He was born in Person County July 28, 1950 to the late Roy and Virginia Paylor, made his home in Milton, North Carolina, was a graduate of Person Senior High School Class of 1968 and a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Ringgold, Virginia.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings: Roy Paylor, Sr., Burnell Paylor and Ida Paylor.

He leaves to cherish precious memories, a daughter, Toni Paylor of Grant Pass, Oregon; two sisters: Carolyn Paylor of Yanceyville, North Carolina and Denise Paylor of Greensboro, North Carolina; an aunt, Geneva Thomas of Baltimore, Maryland; his life-partner, Doris Farmer, also of Milton; and a host of other additional loving relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 1:00pm at Cunningham & Associates Funeral Services, with the Reverend Anthony Pass, Pastor at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, providing the eulogy. A Public Viewing and Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 1:00pm to 6:00pm with the family present during the last hour from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. His body will lie in state at the funeral home chapel Tuesday one hour prior to the service from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

At other times, the family will receive visitors at the home, 1079 Snatchburg Road in Milton, North Carolina 27305.
