It is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude we share the passing of our father, Antonio "Tony" Campos Segura, in a room full of peace and love. He was born May 26, 1954, in Goliad to the late Marcelino Segura Sr. and Carlota Segura of Goliad.

He was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, son, and friend. His presence was a blessing to all that knew him. He married Ida Marvella Segura on June 14, 1974, and together had three beautiful children.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years, Marvella Segura; children Anthony Segura (Dina), Brandon Segura, Ashley Segura, and Patrick Segura. 2 grandsons Jaedon Segura and Shiloh Segura; 7 granddaughters Kaelynn Fox, Katie Fox, Karoline (Joshua) Glasson, Kaylee Flores, Autumn Segura, Lilly Segura, and Aerianna Segura; 1 great-grandson Patrick Glasson. 1 brother; and many other extended family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Marcelino Segura Sr. and Carlota Segura; brothers Henry and Alfred Segura, sister Wilfida Rangel, nephews Henry Segura Jr. and Rey Segura.

If you knew our dad, then you know how much he loved his family, grandchildren, Friday night lights (he was sure to be first sitting in bleachers to watch his grandson Jaedon play), his friends, and a good time. He was the proudest of his grandchildren! He was a hardworking man retiring from Safety Railway Service as a Location Manager having lived in West Virginia and Louisiana, for his career, he settled into retirement back home in Goliad spending time with his "sidekicks", nephews, Henry and Rey Segura.

Visitation will begin Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 9:00AM-10:00AM with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00AM and Mass to follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 238 N. Commercial St., Goliad. Interment at Flores Cemetery.

Pallbearers Albert Rangel, Adrian Segura, Ruben Segura, Jaedon Segura, Shiloh Segura, Andy Carrizales, and David Garcia.

Honorary Pallbearers Manuel Ortiz, Armando Balsadua, Edward Garcia, Oscar Arrisola, Ivan Garcia, and Jesse Rios.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Hospice of South Texas, La Bahia Nursing and Rehabilitation (Patricia Salazar), and all donations received. Thank You All, from the bottom of our hearts.

All Dad wanted and did was to be able to provide for his family his proudest creation. We Love You So Much Dad, Watch Over Us! YOU WILL BE FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS.

The Segura Family.
