Arlene M. Falk

It is with a sad heart that we announce the peaceful passing on November 12, 2025, of our beloved Arlene M. Falk, born on August 21, 1937, in Stevens Point, WI, Arlene lived a life filled with love, laughter, and service to many in Wisconsin Rapids, where she made her home.
Arlene was loved by many and had a remarkable spirit, dedicated to her family and friends. She had an undeniable love for gardening, the kitchen, creative baking, cooking, and hosting beautiful parties that left everyone in awe. Her culinary creations were not just food, but expressions of her love and care. Arlene worked for Basic American Foods in Plover, Wisconsin for 35 years until her retirement in 2009. Arlene would want us to remember her for the fun times we shared, not mourn her passing. She was a beacon of warmth and generosity, always showering those around her with gifts from the heart.
Arlene is survived by her loving husband, Robert Falk; her children, Kenneth (Tami) Falk, Kathy Falk (special friend Jeff), and Karen Falk; her special daughter, Kay Oesterreicher; and her special friends, Marilyn Gilson and family, Steve Haskins, Pat and Randy DeBoer and the Skram family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Viola Doughty.
The visitation will be held on Tuesday, 18 Nov 2025 at 9:00 am CST at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 2201 Chestnut Street, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, 54494. The funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 11:00 am CST.
The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staffs of Heartland Hospice and Arborview Court for all the care they gave Arlene.
