Arsenio Tortoga Orbillos

Mr. Arsenio Orbillos, age 78, of Newark, Delaware passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in the Suites of Accentcare Hospice, Newark, Delaware
Born in Surigao Del Norte, Philippines, he was the son of Agaptia and Cefriano Orbillos. Arsenio earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines. He later emigrated to the United States in 1993, first making his home in New Jersey then moving to New York before settling in Delaware.
Before retiring, Arsenio worked as an Accounts Payable Accountant for the College of Dentistry at New York University's New York City campus, where he served for more than 15 years.
Arsenio was a fan of the National Basketball Association and also enjoyed watching college basketball and professional bowling. A gifted cook, he took pride in preparing traditional Filipino dishes that reminded his family of home. Above all, Arsenio cherished time spent with his loved ones.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Remedios Orbillos; his son, Harold Orbillos; and his daughter, Irma Wittges.
Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am until 11:00 at the Williams Funeral Home and Burial Services located at 2100 Rodman Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19805. A memorial service will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family at a later time.
