Arthur Bernard "Artie" Bush Jr.

Arthur Bernard "Artie" Bush Jr., of Largo, FL, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Born on August 12, 1955 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the oldest child and only son of Joyce Ann (Davies) Bush, and the late Arthur Bernard Bush of Cherry Hill, NJ. He was a loving and devoted father to Michael Bush, fiancée of Charlotte D'Angelo, of Pottstown, PA, and Kristina Faust, wife of Donald Faust, of Catasauqua, PA. He will be affectionately remembered as the best "Pop Pop" to his 8 grandchildren; Adrianna and Riley Bush; Daniel, Dustin, Amberlynn and Doni Faust; and Gianna and Carter D'Angelo. Art graduated from Cherry Hill High School East in 1973, and went on to become a member of the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades in Orange County, CA in 1978, before moving back east and becoming a Sales Route Driver for Dannon Yogurt from 1979-1981 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a Distribution Supervisor for Campbell's Soup Company in Camden, NJ from 1982-1986, and was an Area Manager for Production and Inventory Control there between 1986-1988, before becoming a Customer Service/Transportation Supervisor from 1988-1990. After his time at Campbell's, he worked as a Distribution Supervisor at Kraft Foods in Fogelsville, PA from 1990-1993, and finally settled as a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator at their Customer Service locations in Allentown, PA, Atlanta, GA and Wilkes-Barre, PA, until his retirement in 2013. After retiring, he enjoyed numerous activities, including traveling and spending time with his family and friends, both in FL and PA.
In addition to his mother, children and grandchildren, he is survived by his sisters, Nancy Haran of Cherry Hill, NJ, along with her children Courtney, Matthew and Ryan; Barbara Haworth of Vallejo, CA, along with her children Jillian and Kevin; and Carole Norcross, wife of Philip Norcross, of Philadelphia, PA, along with their children Nicole and Christopher. He also leaves behind his "partner and love of his life", Sharon Lotwick, of New Tripoli, PA and Largo, FL, and her family. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his many friends and extended family members.
Services: A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 1629 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. A visitation with the family will be held from 2-3 p.m., Saturday in the funeral home.
