Born in New Castle on January 1, 1959, Art was the son of the late Sheard and Patty Conway Hedglin.
Art was retired from Wendy's as a Manager. He was a member of Church of Genesis.
Art enjoyed bowling for the Socialites on Saturday Nights and going to Bingo. He was an avid sports fan for the Pittsburgh
Penguins, Cleveland Indians and the 49ers.
Art is survived by Tonya and Brian Brest, three brothers, Harry Hedglin, Shawn Hedglin and Sheard (Butch) Hedglin, Jr., four sisters, Kim Hedglin, Lorie Schmidt, Patti Jo McCarthey and Hazel Spirk.
In addition to his parents, Art was preceded in death by his brother and his nephew.
Visitation will be on Monday 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. A Funeral Service will follow on Monday at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Bill Rupert officiating.
