Arthur Lucero Obituary
Arthur Lucero, 77, Born on November 14, 1947, in Morenci AZ, passed away on October 12, 2025, just shy of his 78th birthday. He resided in Cuba, NM with his beloved wife Adela of 54 years. He courageously battled cancer, always trusting in the Lord’s goodness throughout it all.
His life exemplified his love of the outdoors. Being a private person, the outdoors is where he found peace. He loved hunting, fishing, hauling wood, checking on the cows, and cruising around the ranch roads.
Arthur is survived by 2 brothers and one sister Eduardo, Richard and Maria as well as his 4 boys and their wives: Tony Lucero (Heather Lucero), Chris Lucero (Anna Lucero), Robert Lucero (Amanda Lucero), Steven Lucero (Jessyka Lucero). He had 9 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Joshua, Christopher, Kyle, Michael, Alexis, Kalyssa, Leyla, Sophia, Elias, Ezekiel, Delcea, and Silas. Along with a host of nieces and nephews, he is preceded in death by his parents Antonio, Eloisa and his two eldest brothers Salvador and Antonio JR.
A Rosary and Mass, followed by refreshments at the Church Hall will be held on November 8, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 644 US-550, Cuba, NM
