Arthur was born on June 30, 1922 and passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019. Arthur was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Arthur was a 1940 graduate of Elizabethtown High School and went on to proudly serve with the U.S. Navy during WWII. June 30, 1922 ~ April 15, 2019 (age 96) Arthur M. Painter, Jr., 96, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. A Memorial Service will begin promptly at 1 PM on Monday, April 22, 2019 in Sell Chapel at Masonic Village, One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 with Pastor Michael Walker officiating. Visitation will be held following the service on Monday. Private burial will take place in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens, Columbia, at the convenience of the family.
