Arthur L. Sutton III

Arthur L. Sutton III passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2025. Arthur is the beloved son of Janice Vaughan Sutton Tene and the late Arthur L. Sutton Jr. Arthur is survived by his loving mother Janice Tene, siblings Shannon Sutton, Adina Sutton, Alyse Sutton, Andrew Sutton and Austen Sutton, cherished nieces, nephews and cousins. He brought love, laughter, curiosity and a kind heart into our lives.
Arthur was born and raised in Boston and attended primary school through graduation in Swampscott. Arthur also attended 1 year of primary classes in Mexico City and later went to Northeast Broadcasting School, graduated and went on to Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island earning a degree in Communications. Arthur worked at a radio station in New Hampshire interviewing wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage and Ric Flair amoung others.
Arthur was extremely proud of meeting and working with the people at MAHT or the Mass Alliance of HUD Tenants in Jamaica Plain. Besides volunteering he worked doing civic engagement and outreach.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life Ceremony on Thursday June 5, 2025 from 5-7 PM with a short service at 6 PM in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA. Burial was private
