Ashlee Bowes Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 24, 2025.
Ashlee was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Arthur H. Swanson Jr. (2019) and Madelyn C. Swanson (2021).

She is survived by: Lucinda (Swanson) Jansen of Leominster, Arthur Swanson and his wife Carol of Brookfield, Marlene (Swanson) and Kevin Giguere of Spencer, Craig Swanson of Brookfield; as well as: Krista, Alycia, Monica, Delaney, Leslie, Rachel, Colton and Tucker.

Ashlee embodied the very essence of love and generosity in everything she did. Kind to a fault, she lived her life thinking of others first, always looking for ways to pay kindness forward. Her patriotism ran deep-as fierce and unwavering as any veteran-and her love of country was a cornerstone of who she was.

Her smile could light up a room like the brightest summer day, and she had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued.

Ashlee was a hugger through and through, freely giving and joyfully receiving embraces that conveyed the warmth and genuine care she held in her heart. In her words and in her actions, Ashlee was exactly who she appeared to be: a woman of integrity, compassion, and boundless love. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
