Ashley Faith Clark (nee Wolfe) of Cleves, Ohio passed away on December 26th at the tender age of 40 surrounded by family and friends. She battled Lupus and Pulmonary Hypertension for the past 8 years before passing from a brain bleed. She fought through many setbacks and hospital admissions with strength, grace and a fighting spirit.
Devoted partner to her fiance Christopher Bode, beloved mother to Hayden and Urban, beloved daughter of Kathy and Lenny Wolfe. Cherished sister of Chris Wolfe and beloved 'bonus' mom to her 6 'bonus' children, Will, Andy, Maddie, Lauren, Ben and Alex.
She loved planning trips to the beach with Christopher and trips to amusement parks with their children. Two favorites were Dollywood and Holiday World and her favorite home away from home was Hilton Head Island.
Although Ashley suffered physically her faith was unwavered and her spirit touched many lives. She will be missed deeply.
Visitation will take place on Monday January 5, 2026 from 5pm until 7pm held at the Radel Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday January 6, at 1pm held at the funeral home.
If so desired, memorials may be made to The Lupus Foundation of America, The Pulmonary Hypertension Association or The ASPCA Animal Shelter of Cincinnati
