Ashley Ann Tocci, was born on August 24, 1992, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She was a radiant and spirited soul whose energy, humor, and compassion brought light to everyone around her. Her laughter was contagious, her heart was pure, and her love for life inspired all who knew her.
Ashley’s greatest joy in life was being a mother. Her two precious boys, Adryan Bellamy and James Rodriguez IV, were the absolute center of her world. They were her pride and her purpose — every smile, every moment, and every dream she had revolved around them. Her love for them was endless and will continue to guide and protect them always.
Ashley is survived by her loving mother, Angela Tocci, and her devoted stepfather, Marc Merchant; her beloved siblings, Madeline Merchant, Jacqueline Merchant, Vanessa Merchant, and Marc Merchant Jr. She also leaves behind her treasured aunt, Tammy Whitney, and her cousins, Shaneese, Justin, Cassandra, Julianna, and Nick.
She will also be lovingly remembered by her nephew, Jordan, and her nieces, Gianna and Braelynn. Her extended family, Kristina and Jonathan, held a special place in her life, as did her dearest lifelong friends, Rebecca and Carolina, who were more like sisters than friends.
Ashley is now reunited in heaven with her beloved Meme, Ann Gary, whose love and guidance shaped so much of who Ashley became. The bond they shared was unbreakable, and we find comfort in knowing they are together again — their laughter echoing through eternity.
Although Ashley left this world far too soon, her spirit remains alive in the hearts of all who knew her. Her love will continue to shine through her children, her family, and the countless lives she touched.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Ashley for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the South End Club,13 Market St, Fitchburg, MA 01420, from 12:00pm until 5:00pm.
