Athol Kent Stallcup

FT WORTH - Athol Kent Stallcup was born July 26, 1961 in Ardmore, OK to Frank and Margaret Stallcup and moved to Odessa, TX when he was a little over a year old. Kent and Tammy were married on September 1, 1984 in Abilene, TX. They moved to Andrews, TX in 1986 where Kent was the Chamber of Commerce director from 1987-1991 and eventually settled in Odessa where Kent taught school and worked as a petroleum landman before moving to Ft Worth in 2019. He passed away on February 20, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy, children- Holly, Amanda, Schuyler and partner, Lindi, Ashley and partner, Mike, Cait, brother-Chuck and wife, Denise, grandchildren- June, Michael, Audrey, and Everley, and many nieces and nephews and their families.

The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on February 28th at St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Ft. Worth and will be live streamed.
