Aubrey R. Werley, 91, of Danielsville, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2025, in his home. He was the husband of Anna M. (Uhnak) Werley, whom he married on July 18, 1959. Born in Slatington on June 1, 1934, he was the son of the late Clair and Hilda (Serfass) Werley. Aubrey was a graduate of Slatington High School, Class of 1952. He served his country honorably and proudly as a member of the United States Army from 1954 – 1956. For 36 years, Aubrey was an Iron Worker for Local 36. He was a member of St. John’s UCC, Slatington. Aubrey enjoyed watching sports, especially cheering on all Northern Lehigh Teams. He loved playing cards with his friends, and visiting Donna’s Café, Slatington.
In addition to his wife Anna, he will be lovingly remembered by his children, Brian R. Werley and wife Darlene of Danielsville, Michael S. Werley of Allentown, Donna M. Werley of Danielsville, Marie A. Werley of Danielsville, grandchildren, Matthew R., Ryan R. and wife Krystal. He was pre-deceased by brothers, Rodney Werley and Verdun Price.
Private family services will be held. No public calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.
