Audrey Bennett Obituary

Audrey J. Bennett, 91 of Genoa, OH died Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Genoa Care Center under Hospice Care. She was born April 13, 1933 in Toledo, OH to the late Clarence and Bernice (Neeb) Rader. She was a 1951 graduate of Harris-Elmore High School. Audrey had a great ability to type. She spent most of her years as a homemaker but was employed in a clerical role for a few different businesses. She retired in 2002 from Tower Automotive in Bellevue, OH. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ and attended Bethel Church, both of Elmore, OH. She enjoyed square dancing, polka dancing, refinishing furniture, hook rugs, and puzzles.
Survivors include her children: Michael R. Foltz of Elmore, OH, Steven J. Foltz of Elmore, OH, Cari (Bill) Heinemann of Woodville, OH, Dan Foltz of Cincinnati, OH, and Wendy (Barry) Pennell of Curtice, OH; grandchildren: Jordan (Richie) Opfer, Timothy (Stacy) Miller, Josiah (Erica) Miller, Tim Lynch (in-law), Bill (Lily) Heinemann, Chelsea (Russ) Wisniewski, Bobby (Chelsea) Hintz, Barry Pennell II, Brandon (Kenzie) Pennell, Brooke Pennell, Jason (Danielle) Archer, Brian (Krista) Archer, Alicia (Terry) Piotrowski, and Carissa (Blake) Rhode; 29 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; brother Herbert Rader of Fremont, OH; and sister-in-law Lois Rader. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Foltz, husband Clifford Bennett, granddaughter Rhiannon Lynch, grandson Eugene Heinemann, great-granddaughter Haley Miller.
A Memorial Service for Audrey will begin at 12pm, Friday, April 11, 2025 at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore-Genoa Chapel, 19550 W. State Route 51, Elmore, OH 43416, with the family to receive friends and family beginning at 11am. Burial will be in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery, Elmore, OH, followed by a gathering at the Elmore Community Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Ottawa County, 2424 E. Sand Road, Port Clinton, OH 43452.
