Audrey was known to me long before she became my loving stepmother. First as a driving force for the young people at North Flint Church of the Nazarene where she drove us kids to church outings and ball games, where she was always the scorekeeper; then as an English teacher at my high school; and later when she married my father, after my mother passed, and she became my stepmom, wonderful friend, and highly competitive golfing buddy; and a wonderful grandma to my daughter and great grandmother to my daughter´s children. I will miss you, but my love for you will continue until we meet again. Your loving `son,´ as I always liked tell others because of our closeness of age, Jim Bruner.
