It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Audrey (Miller) Claybrook, beloved wife, mother, and friend, who left this world peacefully on July 28, 2025, at the age of 97. Born on January 20, 1928, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Arnold Franklin and Erma (Burnett) Miller. Audrey touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her with her kind heart and unwavering spirit.

Audrey dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker. Her warmth and nurturing presence were the foundation of her loving home in Mount Vernon, Missouri, where she created countless cherished memories with her family.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; a son Steve Claybrook and his wife Gayla; three grandchildren and four siblings.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carroll "Clay" Claybrook; her devoted Children: Kathy Hatch (Carl) of Keller, TX, Shell Claybrook (Susan) of Wentworth, MO, Jay Claybrook (Teresa) of Spring, TX, Colette Halle (Jon) of Willard, MO, Suzanne Broadbent (Berne Steven) of South Jordan, UT, Eric Claybook of BC, Canada, and Kim Sheddy (Vance) of Indian Springs, NV; 47 grandchildren, 145 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren; a brother John Miller (Pam) of American Fork, UT; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. They, along with all who knew her, will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to commemorate Audrey's remarkable life and legacy at a service Tuesday, August 5, 2025, 11:00 am at: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Aurora Ward: 16922 Hwy 39 Aurora, MO 65605. Following this gathering, she will be laid to rest in a serene burial at her final resting place in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, MO. There will be no visitation. Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.

As we say goodbye to a remarkable woman, let us celebrate her life and the love she gave so selflessly. In our grief, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and the countless lives she touched.
